Regarding your email of 19th May.
I have recently received the attached documents and would
like to know if these had been taken into consideration when you advised
me:
"We have checked with Planning and Property Services and there is no-one within this Authority who has any knowledge of a proposed layby on Riverside Road, and no discussions have either taken place or are planned." apologise for the late reply to your request. I have contacted the
department concerned and your request for information has now been
considered and the information requested is below. You originally asked
in FOI request FOI/2010/127 if there were any proposals for a lay-by and
we stated that there are not. In this request you asked if the information contained in a report about the port had been taken into consideration when making that reply I can confirm that
this was taken into consideration. To clarify there were
informal discussions about the possibility of a lay-by but no proposals
